Frederick Clermont is a member of the Youth Leadership Council (YLC) of Mercy Corps. An inspiration to young people in Haiti and the world, his message challenges us to be leaders in our own communities.

Yes, I agree with this statement. A leader should think about others. Personally, I learned so many interesting things from some leadership training camps. I also met there many great persons, with the same interests as me. I will go this year again, because I like to spend some time this way.
